לימא כתנאי שטר שכתוב בו רבית קונסין אותו ואינו גובה לא את הקרן ולא את הרבית דברי ר"מ וחכמים אומרים גובה את הקרן אבל לא את הרבית לימא רב דאמר כרבי מאיר וזעירי דאמר כרבנן
